How This Capstone Project Started
We are students from Quirino State University (QSU) who aimed to build a capstone project with practical value for a partner school. During our project scouting phase, our classmate Jhon Evis Ogayon shared that his former school, BNHS, was seeking support to improve student-record reporting workflows.
At that time, many SF10 and related reporting tasks were still done manually. Staff repeatedly encoded, verified, and retrieved records, which consumed time and increased the possibility of delay and inconsistency in document preparation.
In response, we developed this Student Management System to transition those workflows into a digital process where records are centralized, easier to maintain, and faster to generate when needed. The solution helps reduce repetitive manual work while supporting administrators and advisers in producing school reports more efficiently and with better record organization.
