1. Authorized Use

- Users may access only features needed for their assigned role.
- Personal, commercial, or unauthorized use of school data is prohibited.
2. Account Ownership and Security
- Each account is personal and must not be shared.
- Users are responsible for all actions performed under their account.
- Users must keep credentials confidential and immediately report suspected account compromise.
- Session limits and access controls are enforced to protect account integrity.
3. Role-Based Responsibilities
- Administrators manage school-year settings, account controls, sections, records, and system configuration.
- Advisers must encode and verify grades and advisory data only for students and sections within assigned access scope.
- Users must not attempt to bypass role restrictions or manipulate protected settings.
4. Data Entry and Record Integrity
- All entries must be accurate, complete, and aligned with official school records.
- Unauthorized alteration, deletion, or fabrication of records is strictly prohibited.
- Detected errors must be corrected using proper administrative workflow and authorization.
5. Grade Encoding and Document Generation
Grade encoding and report generation must follow official school timelines and policies. Administrators may restrict grade input availability as needed (e.g., lock periods, adviser input control). Generated forms and downloads must be handled as official school records.
6. Prohibited Actions
- Attempting unauthorized access, privilege escalation, or credential misuse.
- Extracting or distributing data outside approved school channels.
- Disrupting system operations through abuse, malicious input, or intentional misuse.
7. Monitoring and Compliance
The system may log selected user actions for audit, support, and security review. By using the platform, users acknowledge that administrative monitoring may be performed for compliance and operational continuity.
8. Availability and Changes
System features may be updated, restricted, or maintained without prior notice as required by school operations, technical improvements, or security response.
9. Limitation and Administrative Action
Misuse, negligence, or policy violations may result in account restriction, suspension, or administrative action, subject to school rules and due process.
10. Acceptance of Terms
Continued use of this platform confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any published revisions.
